Shipping & Returns
Simple rules, written for parents, not lawyers.
Shipping
- Free US shipping on every order — kits, Starter Kits and bundles.
- Kits ship within 3 business days by USPS from South Florida; most arrive 2–5 days later.
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
- Bundles ship one kit a month or all at once — your choice at checkout. Tell us in the order notes which topics you’d like first.
- Digital lesson packs and the Digital Library are delivered instantly by download link and from your account page.
- We don’t ship physical kits outside the US yet; digital products are available worldwide.
Returns & replacements
- Missing or damaged item? Email a photo to info@underbluewaters.com within 30 days and we’ll send the replacement part or a new kit at no charge.
- Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the kit price. Email us first for the return address; return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
- Opened kits and digital downloads can’t be returned — but if something isn’t right, tell us. We’d rather fix it than argue about it.
- Bundle cancellations: unshipped kits in a bundle can be cancelled and refunded at the single-kit price for the kits already sent.
