See an Adventure Kit in action

Maya Hawk, marine biologist, doing fish-print science with young campers

Made by a marine biologist mom · that’s Maya, with campers

You’re already doing the hard part. We bring the ocean.

Every Adventure Kit is a complete expedition in a box: an illustrated lesson, real marine vocabulary, five STEAM activities with the supplies included, collectible flash cards, and a Certificate of Completion. Open the box and start — no prep, no printing, no shopping list.

The twenty-four topics started as the lessons from our South Florida ocean camps. Thousands of kids tested them on real beaches before they ever went in a box.

What’s inside

Everything a young scientist needs for a month

5 hands-on activities

Build a shark cage, test coral bleaching, track a sea turtle’s migration. Kids remember what they do, not what they watch.

Supplies included

Specimens, tools and craft materials are in the box. You add water, scissors and curiosity.

Flash cards & certificate

Real-photo flash cards to collect across all 24 topics, and a Certificate of Completion for the fridge door.

Three age levels

Siblings on the same expedition, each at their own level

Ages 4–6: read-aloud lessons and sensory experiments. Ages 7–9: independent reading and experiments they run themselves. Ages 10+: research projects, ecosystems and the science behind it.

Order the same topic at two levels and your six-year-old and eleven-year-old study sharks the same month — then compare notes at dinner.

Questions parents ask

Which age level should I pick?

Age 4–6 is read-aloud and sensory. Age 7–9 reads independently and runs the experiments. Age 10+ adds research, ecosystems and the science behind it. Between levels? Go up — they rise to it.

How long does one kit take?

Most families spread a kit over two to four science sessions. Five activities plus the flash cards easily fill a month of science block.

Do I need anything else?

Water, scissors, and occasionally a cup or a flashlight. Everything specific to the topic is in the box.

Is this a subscription?
